Swansong Celebrations provide the content on this website subject to the following terms and conditions. We may periodically change the terms and conditions, so please check from time to time. By accessing the site you agree to these terms. These terms shall apply to all of the services by Swansong Celebrations. You must be at least 18 years old to engage our services.

Payment:

The charges for the services are as set out in the contract and shall be inclusive of any VAT to the extent as stated in the contract; otherwise VAT shall be payable in addition. The Client shall be responsible for any costs incurred in recovering late payments. All payments are non refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

Risks and property:

Risk of loss or damage to any goods shall pass to the Client at the time of supply of the goods, but ownership of any goods shall pass to the Client only on receipt by Swansong of the charges in full (and VAT and other taxes and duties payable to Swansong) for the goods and other sums then due from the Client under all Contracts.

Force Majeure

Swansong shall have the right to suspend or cancel performance of the Contract to the extent that this has been caused by any circumstance beyond Swansong’s reasonable control, including amongst other things, illness like pandemics, extreme weather conditions and delays by Swansong’s suppliers.

Website Acceptable Use Policy:

Users of this website should not misuse the website, violate laws or attempt to damage the website. Scraping, spamming the contact us forms, providing illegal content or attempts to hack are prohibited.

You shall not post or otherwise publish on the site anything that is:

·       Threatening, libellous, defamatory or obscene. That would constitute or contain false or misleading statements.

·       That would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil iability or violate law;

·       Contain advertising; or

·       Contain a virus or any other destructive element to the website.

All content that we provide you with is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without the Civil celebrant’s explicit permission. You agree not to re-use our services for commercial purposes or break the copy right of the speech or ceremony copy that we provide you with. The content is for personal use only.

In addition all content and functionality on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons and images and the selection and arrangement of is the exclusive property of Swansong Celebrations or its licensor’s, for instance in the case of royalty free images. (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988).

The trademarks, service marks, designs and logos (collectively, the “Trademarks”) displayed on this website are the Trademarks of Swansong Celebrations and its licensors.  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services at our discretion if we feel any laws have been broken.

Governing Law

The Contract  and this website content shall be construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
